The steps to solution
Consultation stage:
We'll visit you and carry out a full fact finding survey to understand what you want to achieve from a benefits package,
from both a business and employee perspective. We'll also talk budgets too, to make sure that we're all on same wavelength.
Recommendation stage:
Following our in-depth discussion, and using our knowledge of what makes people tick, we'll tailor a package of
benefits which we feel has the best fit with your requirements. We'll discuss our proposed solution, and refine as
necessary, to ensure you are 100% happy and confident with the final package.
Implementation phase:
When we have your agreement, we will we start to build your package. Of course, deciding on the right benefits
and building the package is only half the story. We will then work with you to develop a complete communications
strategy to tell your employees about the new scheme and enable them to make the most of it. This could include:
Producing posters, using your company branding, to promote the benefits package
Writing articles for staff magazines
Feeding through regular updates for intranet sites
Running workshops and seminars to promote the scheme
Producing materials for staff about their benefits package, and how to access the services
Creating a dedicated members area on our website for your employees.
Follow up:
Once we've delivered the solution we'll continue to work with you to ensure that it is delivering the benefits that you expected.
We'll share information with you regularly about how employees are using the benefits and the value that they have received.
If we need to do more to promote the scheme, or you want to make some changes, we'll work together to agree how we do that.
How long does it take?
We take pride in delivering the best possible solutions to our customers. Therefore we don't like to rush the process.
However, at the same time we also won't drag our feet. Once the process gets going we'll do everything we can to keep
things moving along swiftly.
When we've agreed the solution, we'll also agree a timescale for delivery of the scheme, marketing materials and a communication strategy.
